I witnessed how my grandmother engaged in trade by barter, I can still remember the processes and the decisions she took to close a deal. Technically such decisions are based on the principles of Decision Science.
Festus Kwode is a business leader and a trainer with knack and interest for connecting industry to academia. He has trained over 3,000 Africans and non-Africans on Business Leadership, Business Process Development and Quality, Risk, Safety & Environmental Management. He is the founder of Swiss Register, Lymetrix 3D Laser Technology and Co-founder of ArchiveMax LLC (USA). He has over 20 years of experience in Business Process Engineering, Business Process Improvement and Human Capital Development across a spectrum of industries.
Festus studied Mechanical Engineering in the then Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University). He holds Coventry University MBA degree in Oil and Gas Management.
He is IRCA Certified Lead Auditor, NASP Level IV accredited Trainer and Certified Safety Manager.He also has Certificate in Risk Management, Certificate in Training and Education, Diploma in Quality Management, Certificate in Environmental Management etc.
He is the author of Business Improvement quick book series – Quality, You and the Organisation, Organisational Knowledge and Competency framework, ISO9001:2015 in its simplest form.
